        The Fishermen’s Paradise was established in 2001 covering an area of more than 10,000 mu. It lies in Baiyangdian scenery site, and it is called Shaochedian in history for it is the ancient battle field where a fomous general Yang Yanzhao resisted Jin and safeguarded Liao. There is vast expance of water inside the scenery site, and the water is clear. Reed marshes and lotus leaf grow abundantly on the water. It is a typical wetland scenery spot—the wind is comfortable, the air is clear and hundreds of birds fly and gather here. Tourists come here in an endless stream. The winding float bridge haunts tourists’ imagination, and it is more interesting than walking along Su Causeway; bowers reflects in water where tourists can have a short rest, and it is no less beautiful than Santanyinyue(a famous scenery spot in Westlake). It is also the biggest zoology tourism scenery site. The winding float bridge connects with the four archaize bowers into a whole becoming a complete closed watery paradise. Tourists wander on the float bridge, visiting the special natural scenery and appreciating the charm of human landscape.
       The Fishermen’s Paradise is one of the most special scenery in Baiyangdian. Traveling here, you can feel the artistic conception—“people are not intoxicated by wine but by the beautiful scenery”(an old Chinese saying).
       In the Fishermen’s Paradise, you can also track the scene of MTV rehearsed by Song Zuying(a famous Chinese artist), and witness splendid wedding custom performance of water-bound village. At the same time, you can also attend the fascinating fishing performance—sticking fish by silk net, and join the fleet of osprey catching fish tasting the interest of “carp coming into fishing boat together with osprey”. In addition to this, there are forty well-built pedalos, which are easy to operate, and these pedalos don’t only provide a good place for lovers playing in a boat, but also fit for a three-people family enjoying happiness. If you are tired, you can go to the retiring room for having a break to release your tiredness, and there are complete cold drinks quenching your thirst. You can have dinner in the restaurant if you are hungry, and there are many kinds of special dishes for your selection making you have a good appetite, and also there are small drift houses to lodge.
